Q: How do I delete a product from my basket? A: Go to your shopping basket. In the basket you can see all items you have added. Tick the items that you want to delete (see squares in front of the product information). Now press the “Update” button on the left side. All selected items should have been deleted now.

Q: How do I change the number of a product in my basket? A: Go to your basket. There are boxes with the number of each product behind the product information. Fill in the desired number and then press the “Update” button. The numbers should have been changed now.

Q: Which methods of payment does cyclewear.eu offer? A: There are several possibilities to pay for an order placed on cyclewear.eu. All Active Trading B.V. only sends orders that have been paid for in advance, with the exception of C.O.D. orders. You can pay in advance, C.O.D., via Ideal and/or PayPal. Please, see below for more details: 1. Pay in advance If you choose to pay in advance, you will automatically receive a confirmation mail after you have placed the order.* This e-mail contains the order number, address, ordered products, total amount and payment data. Then you can transfer the total order amount to our bank account (see below) mentioning your order number. On receipt of your payment we will send the ordered articles as soon as possible. **Possibly some webmail accounts (such as Hotmail and @home) put the cyclewear.nl e-mail under the unwanted e-mails. You can also check your payment data under “customer data” in “order history”. Payments are transferred to: All Active Trading B.V. If you place an order with C.O.D. payment, your order will be sent as soon as possible (please, pay good attention to which articles you order because the order cannot be changed anymore due to fast delivery). If you place an order on weekdays in the morning, the C.O.D. parcel will be sent on the same day (except on holidays). The order will be delivered by the postman at your address the next day. In order to accept the C.O.D. order you have to pay the postman the order amount in cash (make sure to have enough money available). C.O.D. orders cost €8,15 extra – on top of the shipping costs – for C.O.D. costs. 3. IDEAL You can use IDEAL if you have an online Dutch bank account (ABN/AMRO, FORTIS, ING, Postbank, Rabobank, SNS bank). If you wish to pay via IDEAL, you select the method of payment IDEAL and you choose your bank. After your order has been confirmed, you will be referred to the payment site of your bank. Fill in your account number and the signing code (follow the instructions to get the signing code). If the payment has succeeded, you will be sent back to our webshop and your order will be confirmed. The articles will be sent as soon as possible.   4. PayPal By means of PayPal you can pay by creditcard (VISA, MAISTRO) or via a credit that has been transferred beforehand. If you wish to use this method of payment you select “Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal)”. On the confirmation page you will be referred to the PayPal page. You have to log in on your PayPal account (if you do not have one yet, you can register on this page). When you see the amount that you have to pay, press the pay button. PayPal will tell you if the payment was successful. Please, click the button to return to our webshop and to confirm your order. (Attention! It is important to return to our webshop, otherwise your order will NOT be confirmed in our system!)

Q: Is it possible to try on clothes or to collect them at your company? A: It is possible to collect your articles in our offices. Please, call us to make an appointment.

Q: What size do I have? A: To determine your size, use your regular size, because most of our clothes have a normal size. If an item is larger or smaller than normal, it is mentioned in the product information. In case of doubt, consult our size schedule (see information box). Or read the reviews of our customers to know what they thought of the product size.

Q: If I order something, how long does it take for the product to be delivered? A: Because we have all products in stock we guarantee a fast delivery. The average delivery period is only 1 day within the Netherlands and 2 to 3 days in the rest of Europe.

Q: How is it possible that the prices of cyclewear.eu are so low? A: Because cyclewear.eu buys its products directly and in bulk from the manufacturer we can offer the products at very keen prices.

Q: If a garment does not fit, can I change it for something else? A: If a garment does not fit, you can return it stamped to our postal address within 7 days. Please, add a note with your name and wishes concerning the product. We do not accept used goods in return. Unstamped return shipments will be charged to the customer.

Q: Will I be informed about my order? A: If you have placed an order on the website, you will immediately receive a copy of the order by e-mail*. After that you will be informed about the status of your order by e-mail. *At some web mail accounts it can be possible that the e-mail of cyclewear.nl ended up in the spam e-mail map.

Q: How is the parcel being sent? A: We send our parcels by PostNL. The postman delivers the parcel at your house. If you are not at home, the postman leaves a receipt in your letterbox, with which you can collect your parcel at the nearest post office.
