After delivery the customer can keep the article on approval for 7 days. In this 7 day period the article can be returned unused, undamaged and complete in its original packaging. The article has to be sent back by PostNL. If you wish to return an article, you have to send an e-mail to All Active Trading B.V. and add an accompanying letter or a copy of the invoice to the parcel stating your name and order number. Please, mention the reason for the return. The invoice must be included in the return shipment. Without the invoice return shipments are not accepted. If we cannot accept a return shipment and we have to send it back to the customer, all costs will be on the customer’s account.
Shipments are returned on the customer’s account. Unstamped or COD parcels are not accepted by All Active Trading B.V..
