Q: How do I delete a product from my basket?
A: Go to your shopping basket. In the basket you can see all items you have added. Klick on the trashbin to delete your products. All selected items should have been deleted now.

A: Go to your basket. There are boxes with the number of each product behind the product information. Fill in the desired number and then press the “Update” button. The numbers should have been changed now.

Q: Which methods of payment does cyclewear.eu offer?
A: There are several possibilities to pay for an order placed on cyclewear.eu. All Active Trading B.V. only sends orders that have been paid for in advance, with the exception of C.O.D. orders. You can use: pay in advance, C.O.D., Ideal, Mistercash, Maestro, Giropay, Sofort banking and Paypal.

Q: What size do I have?
A: To determine your size, use your regular size, because most of our clothes have a normal size. If an item is larger or smaller than normal, it is mentioned in the product information. In case of doubt, consult our size schedule (see bottom website). Or read the reviews of our customers to know what they thought of the product size.

Q: If I order something, how long does it take for the product to be delivered?
A: Because we have all products in stock we guarantee a fast delivery. The average delivery period is only 1 day within the Netherlands and 2 to 3 days in the rest of Europe.

A: Because cyclewear.eu buys its products directly and in bulk from the manufacturer we can offer the products at very keen prices.>

Q: If a garment does not fit, can I change it for something else?
A: If your purchase does not appear to be what you were looking for you can return this product. For this, you have 30 days after receiving your order to indicate that you wish to return an item and then another 30 days to return the product. If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs are also refunded. Shipments are returned on the customer’s account.

It is important that the product you wish to return is complete and in original packaging. We can not accept damaged or used items in return. Clothing can be tried on off course, but in relation to hygiene, clothing that contains traces of use cannot be returned. Washed clothes therefore cannot be returned. Electronics can only be returned in the sealed package. Opened food and personal care products are not accepted back. If you have bought a bundle offer, the entire bundle must be returned.

Unstamped return shipments will be charged to the customer.

Q: How is the parcel being sent?
A: We send our parcels by PostNL. The postman delivers the parcel at your house. If you are not at home, the postman leaves a receipt in your letterbox, with which you can collect your parcel at the nearest post office.
