Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, gelatine, acids (citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid), humectant (glycerol), orange juice concentrate (0.5%), acidity regulators (sodium citrates, sodium ascorbate), vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), glazing agent (carnauba wax), stabilisers (carrageenan, locust bean gum), natural flavouring, lemon peel extract, colour (curcumin), black carrot juice concentrate.
Directions: Consume up to 9 Shots within 60 minutes of your activity. During activity, it is recommended to consume up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour, depending on intensity and duration. 1 Powergel Shot provides approximately 5 grams of carbohydrates. For the non-caffeinated flavours: consume 1-2 sachets per day during exercise. For flavours with caffeine: 1 sachet per day during exercise. The caffeinated versions have a high caffeine content and are not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
