Use Beta Fuel Nootropics Gel just like our regular Beta Fuel Energy Gel . With 40 grams of carbohydrates and added nootropic substances you get the mental boost you need, especially during the last stages of your training. Ideal for long bike rides and intense workouts.
The gel contains 1 gram of L-taurine, 250 mg of Cognizin® for improved information processing, and 200 mg of caffeine combined with 200 mg of L-theanine. This combination increases alertness without the unwanted 'jitters' of caffeine alone. Consume straight from the packaging, maximum one serving per day.
