Use the Beta Fuel Nootropics Gel just like the regular Beta Fuel Energy Gel. With 40 grams of carbohydrates and added nootropic substances you get the mental boost you need, especially during the last stages of your cycling training.
The gel contains 1 gram of L-taurine, 250 mg of Cognizin® for improved information processing, and 200 mg of caffeine with 200 mg of L-theanine. This combination increases alertness without the 'jitters' of caffeine alone. Consume straight from the packaging, maximum one serving per day.
