Use Beta Fuel Nootropics Gel just like regular Beta Fuel Energy Gel. Each serving contains 40 grams of carbohydrates and nootropics that enhance your cognitive performance, ideal for the latter stages of your cycling training. The gel contains 1 gram of L-taurine, 250 mg of Cognizin® for improved information processing, and 200 mg of caffeine with 200 mg of L-theanine for increased alertness without the 'jitters' of caffeine alone. Consume straight from the pack, maximum one serving per day.
